Glamour/Boudoir Photo Session

Welcome to our FAQs page. Are you considering the purchase of one of our Glamour/Boudoir photo sessions? Thank you. You’re in the right place!

We have compiled a comprehensive list of Frequently Asked Questions. In the event you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you. We do suggest that you take 5 minutes to read these questions as it will increase the pleasing results of your Boudoir Photography session experience.

General Questions

What is included?

Your session will include private password protected online viewing, use of our private dressing room. Digital files and print products are available for purchase separately from our studio. We do not include hair and makeup services as each person has their own preferred style and look however we would be happy to refer you to some professionals and you are welcome to choose your own.

Who will be my photographer?

The photographers behind the camera are husband and wife, Gary and Marti Davids.

We will be shooting your session as well as helping you to enjoy this exciting session in a fun and comfortable setting.

How long is my photo session?

Your session is normally 30 to 60 minutes long at our studio unless you schedule more time.

How many images will I see?

Clients can expect to see a minimum of 40 final images from our sessions though in many cases there are more for you to select from.

Where will my photo session take place and what locations are available?

You can choose between indoor or outdoor at our studio located on a serene private lake. Sessions are by appointment only. You can make special arrangements to go on location however we would require an additional fee and sessions would be quoted individually. Please discuss your ideas with us prior to scheduling as this would also affect our scheduling of other sessions.

Can I change outfits during the session?

These sessions are intended for up to three outfits with accessory changes therefore we suggest choosing your favorite outfits.  At the time of your reservation you can choose to add extra time for a minimal extra fee to accommodate extra outfits and set designs.

Do you provide props or clothing?

We have a variety of set designs and props however we do suggest bringing your own such as hats, gloves, jewelry, accessories, framed pictures, hobby related, etc.. We do not provide wardrobe. We want you to feel comfortable wearing your own clothing.

How many people are included in my photo session?

Sessions are for one person only unless an additional fee is arranged. Some restrictions apply.

Reservations

What is your cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule?

We know things come up. Get in touch as soon as you know and we’ll do our best to reschedule as soon as possible.

Cancellations need to be made within 48 hours of your scheduled session time.

How far in advance do I need to book my session?

Be sure to book your date early to get the time you want especially if photos are for gifts. In general we can fit you in with a weeks notice.

What if I am late for my appointment?

IMPORTANT: Please be on time! In fact, be 5 minutes early! If you’re late it will cut into your session time and no one wants that! If you have not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time we reserve the right to continue to our next session.

Products & Ordering

Can I order additional prints or products and how do I order?

We schedule a private viewing meeting at which time you can see special cropping, large sizes, canvas prints and special effects. Another option is the do it yourself method which is to purchase the high res images and go to the lab of your choosing. All orders need to be placed within 30 days of the session for any discounts that may apply.

Pricing and Payments

How much do additional prints and products cost?

4×6, 5×7 and 8×10 standard prints are $25.00 each, Larger print prices and other products such as gallery wraps, canvas prints, calendars, etc are quoted upon request. (All sales are subject to sales tax).

How long does my order take?

Standard print orders are usually ready within about 10 days and high res files are ready within 5 days. Full payment is required on all orders prior to processing and all orders are subject to our no refund policy. Orders can be picked up or you can apy to have your order shipped.

Can I purchase the images on disc?

You can purchase any of the digital files with basic enhancements included at $50.00 per image and it includes the rights to duplicate for personal use. *Note – Extensive retouching is quoted upon request.

Do I own the copyrights to the images?

You are granted the printing rights for any high res images you purchase. Images for any commercial use require special permission in writing from the studio.

What form of payment do you accept for additional orders?

We accept cash or check, but also accept major credit cards in our studio.

How do I book the date of the session?

We welcome you to a tour of our studio prior to your session date for a meet and greet. These sessions would be done at our studio location and during business hours unless other special arrangements are made.

All of the images displayed on our website are with the express permission in writing from the client granting us that permission.

Orlando Boudoir Photographers does not photograph anyone under the age of 18. We WILL NOT sell any of these images to anyone but you “the client”. All photographs taken are done with the intention of portraying our clients in a respectable context.
